Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility
Refund of the PKR 2,000 one-time service fee is applicable only if the user has NOT submitted a loan application.

2. Non-Refundable Cases
No refund will be issued if:

Loan application has been submitted
Loan has been approved or rejected
User provided incorrect information
3. Refund Process
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7/14 working days through the original payment method.
